37 Degrees Health & Fitness

Located in West Kensington near the Kensington Olympia, 37 Degrees Health & Fitness centre offers a wide array of services for its members. Membership options range from month-by-month to 12-month sign-ups that include unlimited access to the other 37 Degree health clubs.

Gym Facilities

The gym space at 37 Degrees has all the top cardio equipment, such as treadmills, ellipticals, adaptive motion trainers, bikes, rowing machines and power plates. It also provides TRX kit, free weights, dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, resistance kit, Olympic bars, benches and a multi use functional frame. The equipment is all up-to-date and even has personalised TV screens and electronic docks on the cardio machines.

Class at 37 Degrees Health & Fitness can include: Circuits, Skip & Tone Blast, Body Conditioning, Group Cycling, Hatha Yoga, Beginners Yoga, Bikini Body Countdown, Group Cycling, Body Pump, Aerobincs, Legs, Bums & Tums, Insanity, Fatburner & Tone, Zumba, Smash HIITs, Hour of Power, Body Combat, Pilates, Raja Flower Yoga, Bodyweight Workout, Barre Express, Body Sculpt, Vinyasa Yoga, as well as a range of others.

37 Degrees has a private Pilates studio, which can be hired out for private Pilates sessions, duo sessions and group sessions. The centre also boasts rooftop yoga classes with beautiful and vast views of West London.

Extras

37 Degrees provides a beautiful 20-metre swimming pool for swimming laps and offers a swimming lessons programme called Aqua Rangers for children aged only 3 months to 15 years old. The centre also has a traditional wood sauna, as well as a steam room should you need to relax your muscles after a heavy workout.

The club is also home to the Black Swan Beauty Clinic, which is open to both members and non-members. The spa provides a range of treatments, such as: facials, massage, waxing, spray tanning, manicures and pedicures. Members of the gym will receive 10% off any treatments.

37 Degrees also has a crèche service to look after your little ones whilst you work out, which is Ofsted approved. Additionally, the health club also has a café, which serves up healthy hot and cold food, as well as non-alcoholic beverages, like coffee and tea.
