BodyWorksWest Notting Hill is located in between Notting Hill Gate and Ladbroke Grove stations in a beautiful building that dates back to 1896. The space used to be part of a convent school, which included a gymnasium and playground. It was then converted to squash courts and finally changed into the beautiful health club that you see today.

Gym Facilities

The gym at BodyWorksWest Notting Hill offers high-end cardio machines, such as treadmills, ellipticals, rowing & step machines amongst others. It also has weight machines, as well as generous space for doing free weights and floor exercises.

BodyWorksWest Notting Hill has an excellent reputation for personal training. Within your first six weeks of joining, you will be entitled to four free personal training sessions to help set up a tailored exercise plan to suit your individual needs. Additional personal training packages are also available for those who would like to use this service on a more regular basis.

The club also features a tranquil 18-metre pool, which offers a daily Aqua Aerobics class. There is also a sauna in each changing room, as well as a Eucalyptus-scented steam room and a jacuzzi spa to help you relax and unwind after a strenuous workout. There are also a variety of massage, reflexology and osteopath treatments available.

In addition to all the usual gym features, BodyWorksWest Notting Hill also offers a lounge space for its members.
