Partridge's Food Market

Explore the culinary world whilst sipping on a glass of champagne and eating oysters or enjoying a cold beer and some of the finest, most inventive falafel you’ll ever taste (Thanks, Jacob!).
The shredded duck sandwich from the Partridge’s stand is highly recommended and has become a staple of the Saturday market (you’ll see what you mean when you’re standing in the queue – trust us, it’s worth it). There’s something here for everyone with burgers, crepes, juicy steak sandwiches, gourmet fish and chips, gyoza/dumplings, chorizo sandwiches, Indian, Thai, Brazilian, Morrocan & Peruvian food, Jamaican jerk chicken and much more.
But leave room for dessert! From homemade macaroons that rival the original inventors, Ladurée, to orange chocolate fudge that melts in your mouth and deliciously moist chocolate coconut cake, the Partridge’s Food Market treats dessert with a passion.
Most food is to eat here and now, but there are a wide variety of options to take home with you, as well – such as jams, cupcakes, chilli relishes, coffee and King's Road Gourmet Popcorn. This popcorn, we might add, has ruined all other popcorn for us! It’s sweet. It’s salty. It’s amazing.
Partridge’s Food Market brings the community together with one common interest – a passion for good food. During the 2012 London Olympics, Patridge’s proudly displayed a giant projection screen so visitors were able to enjoy the games whilst eating lunch.
And after you’ve had your fill of tasty treats, have a wander through the Saatchi Gallery, which is right next to the market. It’s quirky but we love it. And it’s a great place to walk off the extra calories you may have acquired from Partridge’s, but we don’t like to count those ones.
