Gym Facilities

Soho Gyms Earl’s Court provides all the latest and greatest high tech kit, including TRX. It is unique in that all of the different features are on different floors. Start on the top with some stretches in the massive exercise room (also used for classes), then pop across the hall into the cardio room to get your heart going on one of the many high tech cardio machines. The machines include: elliptical, step, bike and row machines, treadmills and cardio wave.

Afterwards, head on down to the floor below where you can lift free weights, use a wide range of weight machines or practice your upper body strength with the TRX. There is also a small section for stretching and exercise balls near the reception.

Classes

Classes at Soho Gyms Earl’s Court have included: Body Pump, Dynamic Flow Yoga, Abs Xpress, Total Body, Body Combat, Step & Sculpt, Spinning, Pilates, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Power Yoga, Zumba, Ab Solution, Yin/Yang Yoga and something called “Insanity”, which sounds pretty insane. These tend to change every now and again so be sure to check the Soho Gyms website for the latest schedule.

Extras

Soho Gyms Earl’s Court is a modest gym that has all the latest high tech equipment. Whilst there is no swimming pool or spa here, each changing room has a sauna to help you unwind after a heavy workout. The gym also offers protein shakes, smoothies, coffee, water bottles, towel hire and locker hire.

The personal trainers at Soho Gyms Earl’s Court are friendly and useful when it comes to building your own personal fitness plan. Make sure to sign up with one of the trainers when you first join to get your free training session – it’s also helpful if you’re unsure about how to use any of the seemingly complicated machines. And, of course, they are always there for you should you wish to hire them on a more regular basis too.
