DoubleTree by Hilton London Hyde Park

The 216 rooms at this four-star hotel provide contemporary elegance with many rooms having recently been refurbished. As part of the Hilton group, the hotel offers an excellent selection of amenities, including 40-inch flat screen televisions with digital and movie channels, a radio with an MP3 connection, Nespresso coffee machines and tea making facilities, complimentary bottled water, complimentary Wi-Fi and a mini refrigerator. In addition, all rooms include a desk with an ergonomic chair.

Guests can choose standard rooms with single, twin or double beds, or perhaps opt for additional space and spectacular views with the Deluxe rooms - many of which have private balconies that overlook Hyde Park. In addition, King Junior Suites have a separate lounge, a large bathroom with a walk-in shower and panoramic views.

Restaurants and Bars

On the ground floor of the hotel, Urban Meadow Café and Bar, provides an informal space for a meal or drink. Featuring natural interiors designed to invoke a rustic and rural appearance, Urban Meadow is open daily from 6.30am (7.00am at weekends), for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and evening meals. The Café uses locally sourced produce where possible and the menu features modern British comfort style food, such as Winter Lamb Casserole and Glazed Fish Pie. Lighter bites are available, including takeaway sandwiches and salads. The bar has an excellent selection of drinks, including locally brewed cask and bottled beers.

There is a small fitness suite open 24-hours a day for the exclusive use of guests featuring cardiovascular machines and weights.
